½ cup DairyPure® All Natural Sour Cream
2 cups shredded turkey
16 ounces (about 1½-2 cups) salsa verde (green salsa)
3 10-inch flour tortillas
2 cups shredded Mexican style cheese (cheddar, monterey jack, etc)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a bowl, mix turkey, all but ⅓ cup of the salsa verde, and sour cream.
In a greased pie dish lay one tortilla in the bottom of the dish. Add ½ of the turkey mixture and spread it out in a layer on top of the tortilla. Repeat with the second tortilla and remaining turkey mixture, then top with last tortilla.
Spread the remaining ⅓ cup salsa verde over the last tortilla, then sprinkle the cheese over the top.
Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and completely melted. Serve warm with additional sour cream if desired and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
