1 Cup DairyPure® Heavy Cream
1 loaf cinnamon swirl bread (with or without raisins)
¾ cup brown sugar
1 15 oz can of pumpkin puree
If making same day, preheat oven to 370 degrees. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl whisk together cream, eggs and pumpkin. Cut the loaf of bread into chunks.
Put the bread pieces into the baking dish and pour the pumpkin mixture over the bread. Allow to rest overnight in the fridge or bake immediately.
Sprinkle the sugar on top of the pumpkin mixture covered bread before placing in the oven.
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes and then serve.
